The basis of all our activities is a quality management system supported by all staff members to make sure we can perfectly implement the requirements and expectations of our customers, the legal regulations and the technical rules in line with our economic interest. The target of our activities is to offer the customer the best possible solution for his problems thus winning and keeping the trust and the satisfaction of our customers.
We are striving for a permanent improvement of the quality of our services/products, avoiding any complaints, reducing any costs relevant for quality and consequently safeguarding and extending our position on the market.
A perfect service for all the parties involved can only be provided together with all staff members, our suppliers and customers. Out of this conviction we define the basic rules with our quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 general management and all staff members comply with.
Moreover with the certificates in job safety (BS OHSAS 18001:2007), environmental management (DIN EN ISO 14001:2009) and energy management (DIN EN ISO 50001:2011) we document our responsibility and care regarding our employees.
